Question
Are there recommended computer specifications for reliably using MatrixCloud services?
Answer
The computer specifications that can significantly affect service stability are more related to memory (RAM) size rather than the CPU.
Since a lot of web applications are used through web browsers, they tend to consume a lot of memory.
If a laptop or desktop PC has 8GB of memory, booting Windows 11 can consume close to 8GB of memory, and while using web applications, you may find yourself in a low memory state. In the case of a CTI softphone that requires real-time processing, you might experience temporary freezing.

For stable use of various web services and MatrixCloud services, we recommend using at least 16GB of memory.
