Question:
If I downgrade my plan to the Support Team plan or Suite Team, can I continue to use Matrix Talk?
Answer:
Matrix Talk is provided as a Private App.
If you change to the Support Team plan, you will no longer be able to use Private Apps.
The Private App feature is only available on Suite Growth or higher, or Support Professional or higher. On the Team plan, even previously installed Private Apps will be deactivated and usage will be restricted.
If you want to downgrade your Zendesk plan
you must downgrade to at least the Suite Growth or Support Professional Plan.
