There may be a need to split tickets when comments on different topics are added to a single ticket.
Ticket splitting is a feature that is not provided by Zendesk by default; you can duplicate the ticket and continue with a new topic.
You can find ticket duplication by searching for "Clone Ticket" in the marketplace, and the installation and usage methods are as follows.
1) Search for the app
2) Install the app
3) Steps to duplicate a ticket
① After creating, check "Automatically open the ticket" and click "Create a copy of this ticket."
② Enter the number of tickets to be created and click "Create."
③ Enter the same number of tickets as above and click "Confirm," and the tickets will be created and opened automatically.
4) Register the last comment of the previous ticket as an internal note on the newly created ticket and proceed with the ticket processing on the new topic.
