Allowed External Access IP and Port List for Matrixcloud Service (Firewall Policy)

Generally, to use the MatrixCloud service, the consultant's PC must be able to access the internet.

If the office internet policy restricts external access to only necessary sites for work, the firewall must allow access to the IPs and ports listed below.

※ UDP must be opened bidirectionally from internal to external and from external to internal for voice communication between the customer and the consultant.

※ If voice communication is not possible with the recommended range open, please check by opening the UDP ports to any or the extended range.

※ IP 49.247.170.40 added on 2024-11-19

※ TCP should be opened from internal to external.
