Group transfer (070) and internal number transfer have different processing methods.
Group transfer directly transfers the call to the waiting queue as a Cold transfer, so it does not depend on whether there are waiting agents or not, and the initial agent who received the call moves to post-processing.
On the other hand, internal number transfer means that if the receiving agent B is waiting when agent A transfers the call, the phone will ring until agent B answers. When agent B picks up, agent A will switch to post-processing. If agent B is busy or not waiting, agent A will hear the message 'Cancelling the transfer,' and the call will return to agent A.
