If there is no IVR response and the line is dead when you call the representative number,
first, try calling the forwarding number set for the representative number, 070-xxxx-xxxx, to check if the message plays normally.
If the connection is normal, please report the issue to the telecommunications company providing your representative number service.
If calling the 070 forwarding number also does not connect properly, just like when you called the representative number, please contact the MatrixCloud service support team (support@matrixcloud.kr, Tel 1668-4108).
