How to Enable Individual Voice Recognition (STT) Usage

If you want to use voice recognition (STT) individually by counselor month instead of the entire center, set it as follows.

1. In the AI Counseling Settings tab of Environment Settings, check Apply Individual STT.
   
    
2. In User Settings, select the account to designate, then choose Bulk Edit > Individual STT.
   
   
   To edit by account, select the counselor, click the Edit button, then check or uncheck Individual STT.
