I'm curious whether it's possible to change plans or terminate the subscription early after signing a subscription contract for MatrixCloud services within the subscription period (contract period).

1) For monthly payments

Since it is a contract without a commitment that is subscribed on a monthly basis, the subscription is extended under the same conditions every month, and if you notify us in writing (including email) 30 days before the subscription expiration date, you can terminate, reduce the quantity, or downgrade the plan. There is no penalty for monthly payments as it is a no-commitment condition.

Conversely, requests for increasing the quantity or upgrading the plan can usually be applied after one business day.

2) For annual payments

This is a method of prepaying the subscription fee on a 12-month basis, and the subscription period is automatically renewed under the same conditions each year.

If you wish to terminate early for reasons attributable to the subscriber during the subscription period, the prepaid subscription fee will not be refunded.

To terminate without renewing the subscription, you must notify us in writing (including email) 30 days before the expiration of the subscription period.

At the time of subscription renewal, termination, reduction of account quantity, and plan downgrades are possible, and there will be no penalties.
