How to Select Outgoing Number on Softphone (v.1.2.0 and above)

Please tell me how to select the outgoing number on the softphone.

Answer

From v.1.2.0, the method for selecting the outgoing number has changed.

It has been changed from a common outgoing number sharing method to individual outgoing number selection, so centers using the previous version must register individual outgoing numbers before use.

In the softphone's settings menu, click the "User Details" button and set it in the "Outgoing Number" menu on the popup screen.

You can check "Use Multiple Outgoing Numbers" and select the outgoing number you want to use and change the order.
