In such cases, if the call volume is very low, it may be related to the power-saving mode of the USB device.
If a USB device is not used for a long time, it enters power-saving mode.
After entering power-saving mode, the first use may take some time for initialization.
In the case of inbound calls, since the call is connected before the initialization is complete after power-saving mode, the issue of not hearing the call audio may occur.
Resolution method:
Run "Device Manager" from the search box on the Windows taskbar, double-click on "USB Root Hub" under "Universal Serial Bus controllers," and uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" in the "Power Management" tab.
