If an error occurs while using the service, you can check the web browser console logs on the client PC to inspect the error.
Please follow the guide below to save and send the log file.
1. Press F12 in the browser, and a window will appear on the right or pop up in a new window.
2. Navigate to the console tab
3. Right-click in the console area and select “Save as”
4. Attach the saved file and send it
💡 Please save and send the console content immediately when the issue occurs, as refreshing the web browser window will also refresh and reset the console content.
