How can I resolve the temporary freezing issue that occurs after making a call with the MatrixCloud softphone?
After ending a call, when trying to change the status to "Waiting" during post-processing, there is no response when I click the mouse (for 5 to 7 seconds) before the status change menu becomes active. This doesn't happen every time, but this phenomenon occurs irregularly when the post-processing takes a bit longer and then I try to release it. It disrupts my work, so please provide a solution.

The temporary freezing of the softphone is likely caused by insufficient memory.
A quick fix is to completely close the web browser once or twice a day and then restart it, which will free up memory and resolve the symptoms.
In the long term, please check the RAM capacity of your computer. It is recommended to use 16GB or more.
