How to Create a Zendesk API Token

To integrate Matrix Talk with Zendesk, you need to create a new Zendesk API token as shown below and provide the related information.

Information to Provide

• Zendesk Account Domain: OOOO.zendesk.com
• Administrator Account that Created the Token:
• API Token:

Token Creation Steps

1. In the Zendesk Admin Center, go to the Apps and Integrations menu, then the sub-menu API, and create the token under API Tokens.

2. Enter "Matrix Talk" as the token description and click the Save button to generate the token.

3. Copy the generated token and provide it along with the Zendesk URL and the email address of the administrator account that created it.
