Matrix Chat (Kakao Counseling Talk) Update Notice

Hello. This is Matrix Cloud.

We are sending a notice about improvements/additions to some features of Matrix Chat (Kakao Counseling Talk).

1. Added confirmation window when requesting to end counseling

-> Some counselors have mistakenly clicked the end counseling button, resulting in the session ending during counseling. A confirmation window has been added to ensure that the action is confirmed again before processing when the button is clicked.

2. Distinction between counselor end and customer end for exit message handling

-> There were requests to confirm whether the counseling was ended by the customer or the counselor, so we have differentiated the messages for the two types of exits.

3. Function to check previous counseling messages from customers

-> When the same customer requests counseling multiple times, we have added a feature to show the list of previous chat messages to eliminate the hassle of moving tickets to check past chat content. When a new counseling request comes in, if there is a previous chat history, a 'View Previous Counseling Messages' button will be displayed at the top of the chat window (it will not be visible if there is none). Clicking this button will allow you to view the past chat history of the same customer in chronological order.
