Softphone Update Notice (v1.2.0)

MatrixCloud announces the upgrade of the MatrixCloud WebRTC softphone in March 2025.

Feature Improvements

• Enhanced login security policy

• Added callback query items
• Admin contact integration (home contacts, call transfer contacts)

• Implemented callback completion processing logic
• Hyphen notation for phone numbers (domestic)
• Added memory cleanup logic for softphone on logout

- Activate the callback completion button when there is a phone number left by the customer

- The name of the processor is recorded during callback completion processing

• Outgoing Number Selection (Previous version users should use caution)
• Changed from common outgoing number sharing method to personal outgoing number selection, so centers using the previous version must register personal outgoing numbers before use.

• Added external integration features
