Feature Improvements
- Added manual ticket creation feature for Zendesk

- Added forced internal call transfer feature
- Although it checked whether the existing agent status was “Available,” this update allows for forced changes to the available status and attempts call transfer even if the status is not available.

When the softphone is properly integrated with the CRM, tickets and Tasks will be automatically created during calls.
In cases where automatic creation does not occur due to system errors, the feature has been added for users to create manually, so there is no need for manual creation when connected normally.
Manual creation is possible under the following conditions:
- During a call or post-processing state
- Manual creation is allowed only once in these two states
- Other bug fixes and stability improvements
The update has fixed other bugs and improved the stability of the softphone. Users can now enjoy a smoother and more stable experience.
