When using the Edge web browser and trying to make a call from the softphone, if no calls are made and there is no response

It is possible that the microphone device permission is not functioning properly in the Edge browser, so please check according to the guide below.
Check to ensure it is set to allow, then refresh and try to make the call
If there is still no response, please click on "Permissions for this site" in the next image to reset the permissions.


After resetting, refresh -> log in -> attempt to call, and if the microphone permission prompt appears again, you must select "Allow".
