Access the TalkTalk Partner Center site and create an account

By accessing the partner account, you can check the Channel Key in the upper left corner

Go to the ‘Developer Tools > Chatbot API Settings’ menu

Setting up Webhook
Add the channel key information and register the URL address

Select Event
Click the ‘Change Event’ button, select all events, and then click ‘Save’
(If the selected Event includes the list ‘send, open, leave, friend, echo’, it is normal)

Generate an authentication key for the API
Click the settings (or reset) button in the Authorization area to set the authentication key

Access the Matrix Cloud Admin Site and go to the ‘System Management > Chat Settings’ menu
(If you cannot see the menu, please contact Matrix Cloud)

Register the Naver TalkTalk Channel (Register the channel key and generated authentication key in the admin app)

Set channel options such as channel settings and agent assignment
(When using third-party channels like Zendesk, Salesforce, etc., the third-party channel login email information must be set in the agent's email information)
