To create a Naver TalkTalk channel, you first need to access the Naver TalkTalk Partner Center and create an account or log in. After that, you can create a channel through the TalkTalk account creation process and, if necessary, link the channel to services.
Detailed Steps
- 1. Access Naver TalkTalk Partner Center
- 2. Create an Account or Log InLog in with a company group ID or a representative personal ID. If you don't have an ID, proceed with new registration.
- 3. Account Management > Create New TalkTalk AccountAfter logging in, click the 'Create TalkTalk Account' button to create an account.
- 4. Select ServiceIf you do not select a service, click Connect Service Later.
- 5. To create a test account, select Individual, and to create a service account, select Domestic Business, Overseas Business or Organization/Group, then click Next.6. Representative Image, Profile Name, Mobile Number and other information, then click Application for Use. The created account will be displayed as Under Review, and once the review is completed, it will change to In Use and a notification will be sent via SMS.
- 7. Account Management in the Registered Accounts list, click Account Management to enter the account home.8. Developer Tools Click on the Chatbot API Settings below, agree to the terms of use, and set up the chatbot.
Exclusion from Search During Testing
By inserting [Test] in front of the profile name in Partner Center > Basic Settings > Profile Information, it will be excluded from TalkTalk Merchant Finder. This will block user visits coming from search during the testing process.

Notes
- You can create up to 10 Naver TalkTalk accounts with one Naver ID.
- To link with Smart Store, you must set Naver TalkTalk to 'Use' in the Smart Store admin page.
