Answer
Accounts for employees on leave of absence or who have resigned should be deactivated to prevent login. If the employee is on leave, the account can be reactivated for use after their return to work.
[How to Set]
On the "Operations Management > Users" page, select the agent you wish to deactivate, then click the "Batch Edit" button and choose deactivation, and the account will be deactivated.
You can create as many accounts as you have deactivated accounts, and for account creation, please request by emailing support@matrixcloud.kr.
