MatrixCloud Admin site is pleased to announce the opening of a new menu related to chat consultations.
1. Operations Management > Chat Tracking
-> View chat consultation history and conversation details
2. Monitoring > Chat Monitoring
-> Output current chat consultation status data
-> Check current consultants in session/waiting and force change to non-waiting status
3. Statistics > Chat Statistics
-> View statistical data of chat consultations by period/condition
