It's difficult to understand how to create reports in Zendesk. Please let me know if there is a guide.

At first, creating reports in Zendesk may seem unfamiliar and challenging.
You can access the reports by clicking on the app navigation icon in the top right corner of the screen and entering the "Analytics" menu.

Once you enter, you will find many examples of basic dashboards and reports that you can use as they are, and
you can refer to the report creation guide to create new reports or modify copies of similar reports.
