- Closed Tickets: Agent name retained
- Resolved Tickets: Changed to the deleted admin account
- Unresolved Tickets: Changed to all users (reassignment of the assignee needed)
Therefore, it is recommended to reassign unresolved tickets to another agent before deleting the agent account or downgrading it to an end user.
